The Scottdale Historical Society held its second annual parking meter decorating contest, Deck the Meters. Participants decorated the parking meters along Pittsburgh Street, Stoner Street, Spring Street and South Chestnut Street. Deck the Meters was open to organizations, families, businesses, individuals and churches.
